I work in three different stores in Downtown Disney, Once Upon a Toy, Fun Finds, and Mickey's Pantry. Was I disappointed when I found out I wasn't working in one of the four parks? Of course I was at first. But now, I don't regret a single thing. I have made some of the best friends here so far. Work can be very tiring sometimes, but it is so worth when you're making others happy. One of my favorite things to do is when I see a little girl dressed in a princess outfit is to run up to her and ask her for her autograph. They always light up with joy and their parents get so thrilled.

So now that I decided to start blogging again, I can't promise that it will be everyday. However, I wil try my best to blog as often as I can.
I want to say though that I have never been this happy until I started here in August. I am constantly smiling all the time and having the absolute time of my life. Moral of the story is, make yourself happy and do something for yourself once in a while. It's completely worth it in the end.

hi amanda! i've been wanting to do the disney college program forever but i won't be able to do the program until my senior year of college. are there any seniors in the program?
ReplyDeleteHey girl! A TON of seniors did the program while I was there. Disney actually allows you to do it up until the semester after you graduate so a lot of people actually opted to do it right when they graduated so they didn't have to wait until they graduated so they didn't have to worry about making up credits or taking online credits during the program (which I DO NOT recommend)! The only thing about doing it then is that it's your last chance to apply and if you don't get in, you can't apply again. Hope that helps! And let me know if you want more information!
